What NextTrack reads

To make suggestions, NextTrack reads your Serato library, crates and play history from your own computer and connected drives. It opens these files read-only and never changes them.

Your music library never leaves your computer

NextTrack analyses everything locally. It does not upload your library, history, crates or listening data, and it has no analytics or tracking inside the app.

What we store on our servers

During the invite-only beta we keep a small account record so we can manage access:

• Your account email — the address your invite was sent to, used to sign you in with a 6-digit code.
• Beta access flag — whether your invite is active.
• Last-seen time — when the app last checked in online. NextTrack keeps working offline for up to 6 hours since it last checked in, and checks in automatically whenever you're connected.
• Waitlist details you submit — email, and optionally your DJ name, Instagram handle and city, if you request an invite.

We use this only to run the beta and contact you about NextTrack. We don't sell it. Ask us at hello@nextrack.pro and we'll delete it.

What NextTrack stores

It keeps its own settings (window position, recommendation preferences) and a cache of parsed history in its app data folder on your computer. Deleting the app and that folder removes everything.

Permissions

On macOS, one-click loading asks for Accessibility permission so NextTrack can press Serato's own keyboard shortcuts to load a track. It is only used for that, and only when you click a deck button.

This website

This site is static. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and sends the invite-request form to our database provider (Supabase); we do not set cookies or run analytics here.
